Traditional storytelling is our speciality.
Faerie Cara researched faerie folklore in Ireland for over two years and was inspired to start a company that aligned closer to the roots of 'faerie' folklore and history. No damsels in distress or glitter throwing. We share tales of adventure, that have meaning and give the listeners a chance to interact and be part of the tales. Filled with songs and dances making the session engaging with an interactive program. Adventure with the faeries to discover the magic of nature and find out how you can be an Eco Hero. Faeries, pixies, dragons and mermaids come to life in this funny, educational and a little bit silly show. The program is concluded with an activity. You choose the activity from our list of available activities that are all recycled or nature orientated. |
Eco Hero Workshop

Girls and boys Two hour workshop Each child will take home a 'Resource Guardian' workbook, terrarium and their eco hero costume 30 children limit per session We provide a PA system and craft materials Cost $360

Saving the world takes the hard work of heroes.
We're looking for heroes who love dressing up, caring for nature, getting crafty and making some noise. You'll be creating new super hero costume pieces, from junk of course. You'll be the Eco Hero in your home, school and community- the world depends on you! The group will learn about waste and what you can do to save the resources from going to landfill. Eco Hero workshop runs for 2 hours. Includes a full colour 'Resource Guardian' book and certificate for each child. The workshop has a strong focus on waste however we also cover the themes of nature play, Australian animals, saving water, reducing plastic and composting. Ideal for community groups, libraries and school holiday workshops To session concludes with children making a terrarium from a recycled jar to take home and care for. |
